How December Rain Tattoo Studio handles information provided through our website, Studio OS, appointments, consent forms, and messaging services.

Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly to us, including names, contact information, appointment and tattoo project details, uploaded reference images, consent information, payment-related records, communications with the studio, and SMS preferences. Authorized staff and artists may also provide account and notification preferences through Studio OS.
How we use information
We use information to respond to tattoo requests, plan and provide tattoo services, manage scheduling and deposits, maintain studio records, operate Studio OS, deliver messages you requested, comply with applicable requirements, and protect the security and integrity of our systems.
SMS and mobile information
December Rain Studio uses separate consent for different SMS purposes. Transactional customer consent may be used for service-related messages about a tattoo request or appointment, such as consent-form links, quotes, scheduling, deposits, and appointment updates. A separate Flash Alerts subscription may be used for marketing messages about newly available tattoo flash and Flash offers. Authorized artists and staff may separately opt in to operational Studio OS alerts.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, SMS consent information, or other personal information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers, telecommunications providers, and messaging platforms only as reasonably necessary to operate and deliver the messaging service, protect the service, or comply with law.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. SMS recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. A STOP request is recorded and disables future SMS delivery from the December Rain Studio messaging number unless the recipient later re-enables messaging.
Service providers
We may use service providers to support website hosting, payment processing, communications, security, and other business operations. These providers receive information only as needed to perform services on our behalf or as otherwise permitted by law.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for studio operations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, proof of consent, and legitimate business purposes.
Your choices
You may request tattoo services without joining Flash Alerts. You may also submit a tattoo request without opting in to transactional SMS. You may contact the studio to request correction of contact information or ask questions about this policy.
