General website, appointment-request, consent-form, and SMS messaging terms for December Rain Tattoo Studio.

Website and appointment requests

Submitting an appointment request or tattoo consent form does not by itself create or confirm an appointment. Projects remain subject to artist acceptance, scheduling availability, studio policy, age and identification requirements, any required deposit, and applicable law.

Pricing and deposits

Website or Studio OS estimates are planning tools and are not final prices unless the studio expressly communicates a final quote. Deposits and payments are handled according to the studio policy disclosed for the applicable appointment or transaction.

December Rain Studio SMS programs

December Rain Studio may provide three types of SMS messages to recipients who have given the applicable consent: operational Studio OS alerts to authorized artists and staff; transactional customer messages about a tattoo request or appointment; and Flash Alerts marketing messages about newly available tattoo flash and Flash offers.

Transactional tattoo-request consent and Flash Alerts marketing consent are separate. You may request tattoo services without joining Flash Alerts, and you may submit a tattoo request without agreeing to transactional SMS.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages sent by the December Rain Studio messaging number. A recipient who previously opted in may reply START to re-enable messaging where supported.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and delivery may vary by carrier and device. For customer support, use the December Rain Studio contact page.

Mobile information and privacy

SMS participation is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to Studio OS, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or use appointment and communication systems for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
