SMS Consent Information
This page documents the separate opt-in paths used for December Rain Studio operational and marketing text messages.
1. Artist and staff operational alerts
Authorized December Rain Tattoo Studio artists and staff may voluntarily opt in inside Studio OS. The recipient signs in, opens My SMS Alerts, enters their own mobile number, and actively selects an unchecked consent checkbox. Studio OS does not send appointment-request notifications unless affirmative consent has been recorded.
I agree to receive automated operational text messages from December Rain Studio about new appointment requests, scheduling activity, deposits, cancellations, and other studio-related account notifications.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or purchasing goods or services.
2. Customer tattoo-request texts
Customers may separately opt in to transactional SMS on the public tattoo-request form. The checkbox is optional and is not pre-selected. A customer who opts in may receive service-related messages about that tattoo request, including a consent-form link, quotes, scheduling, deposits, and appointment updates.

3. Flash Alerts marketing subscription
Customers who want promotional texts about newly available tattoo flash and Flash offers must separately join the public Flash Alerts list. This marketing subscription is independent of transactional tattoo-request consent and is not required to request or purchase tattoo services.

Consent records and opt-out
Studio OS records the opted-in mobile number, consent date and time, consent version, source information, and notification status. Replying STOP disables SMS delivery for that phone number from December Rain Studio. Replying START may re-enable messaging for a number that previously gave consent. Reply HELP for assistance.
